Tag WMS layers with del.icio.us
Since non-attributed data is tough to search effectively, I've added links to tag WMS layers on del.icio.us. This is the first of a two part fix. In the second part, I'll modify the keywords associated with layers in the catalog based on their tags in del.icio.us.
