This site is built with the Plone content management system.  A custom theme is responsible for the layout, and a couple custom content types represent the WMS sites and layers.

The WMS layers are displayed with the slick OpenLayers library.  Due to some details in the WMS spec, not all layers can be reliably displayed.  This has nothing to do with OpenLayers and is an issue that I'll try to improve upon.

All WMS site related content is auto-generated with a Python based WMS capabilities parser.  If you're interested in more detail, use the contact form to get in touch.
